Wednesday night flying: The wind held up a little longer than predicted, but we had a great turn-out. Chuck was flying his S. R. Batteries X-250. It can really rip across the field
. Dick's Inferno had a mind of it's own in the wind; although he did manage a good "down wind" landing. Adrian had his Funtana up for one go across the field. After a great first flight in the morning Gaige's Ultra Stick 60 wouldn't cooperate, and it's back to the drawing board. In fact he is awaiting word from Castle on his controllers now. Jim H. flew his Butterfly and gave Jim C. a little stick time on it. Jim G's Slow Stick is spending a
few more nights in the woods. We are hoping that when a few more leaves drop; its hiding place will be revealed. Jack, we haven't cut down any trees yet.....and finally, Linda's Slow Stick didn't get to fly due to a bent-up nose from a morning flight.
